Amazing care and service for my dog Tesla! Leaving my pup behind when I travel always makes me nervous, but this company truly put my mind at ease. While I was on vacation, they took care of walking Tesla, playing with her, and even sent me daily photo and video updates. It was clear she was being loved and treated like family. Their communication was excellent—always on time, super professional, and kind. Tesla came back happy and relaxed after every walk. I'll definitely be using their services again whenever I'm out of town. Highly recommend!
Lee was great with my pups! He earned their trust very fast and spent a lot of quality time with them. He sent me many photos and videos, and updated me constantly so there was never a worry when I was away! I will 100% book again. 🙂
They are the best dog walkers ever! I had my first shift at the hospital and my dog's first day at my place. They updated me he was not eating and since have even gone for extra walks/spent time sitting with my dog until he finally did eat. They also make healthy dog treats that my dog loves and brings him joy!

How much do your services cost?¿Cuánto cuestan los servicios?
A 30-minute walk is $22 and a 60-minute walk is $35. Drop-in visits are $20 for 30 minutes, and overnight boarding is $50 per night. Each extra dog from the same home is +$10 (per night for boarding). Walks are available Monday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Eastern time); walks scheduled outside those hours have a $15 after-hours fee per walk. How does live video work?¿Cómo funciona el video en vivo?
Live video works on walks, drop-in visits and boarding or house sitting. Your caregiver can show you your dog in the app and the client portal from their own iPhone or from a second iPhone on a chest harness; during boarding or house sitting they can start a short live check-in of up to 60 minutes. It is video only, with no audio, and only while the visit is in progress. On drop-ins and house sitting the camera may show the inside of your home, only to you. The video is not recorded, only you and your household can watch, and you can turn it off anytime in your settings. Yes. Every walk has a live GPS map with pee, poop and water updates as they happen. You can also share a live link with family; shared links hide the part of the route near your home.Sí. Your address, keys and door codes are only seen by us. Live video is never recorded, and shared links never show your address, name or phone. How do I pay?¿Cómo pago?
By card or Apple Pay, securely through Stripe (we never see your card number). Shop orders are paid when you place them. Bookings are paid after we confirm them: you get a message in the app, the client portal and by e-mail with the amount and a “Pay now” button. Plans and packages are paid by Zelle or cash.Con tarjeta o Apple Pay, de forma segura por Stripe (nunca vemos el número de tu tarjeta). Los pedidos de la tienda se pagan al hacer el pedido. What is your cancellation policy?¿Cuál es la política de cancelación?
• Cancel by 11:59 PM (Eastern) the day before your first visit: 100% back.
• Same day, more than 1 hour before a visit: 50% of that day’s visits back. Visits on later days are returned in full.
• Less than 1 hour before a visit, once your caregiver is on the way, or if your dog isn’t available at the visit time (no access, nobody home): that visit isn’t refunded.
• If part of a multi-day or recurring booking is already done, the visits left go back to you as account credit.
• Money back on a paid booking goes to your account credit by default; on request we can refund your card instead.
• Plan (package) visits that aren’t used go back to your plan.• Cancela a más tardar a las 11:59 PM (hora del Este) del día antes de tu primera visita: te devolvemos el 100 %.
• El mismo día, con más de 1 hora de anticipación: te devolvemos el 50 % de las visitas de ese día. Las visitas de días posteriores se devuelven completas.

During hurricane season we follow official National Weather Service alerts for Hillsborough County. If a storm threatens, we may pause, move or cancel visits for safety, always decided by a person, and you can tell us in the app or portal whether to pause or keep your visits.En temporada de huracanes seguimos las alertas oficiales del Servicio Nacional de Meteorología para el condado de Hillsborough.
